I don’t understand entirely what you are going through but from what you’ve said I do get what you’re saying. I know you might not be a Christian but I do recommend listening to some Joyce Meyer podcast because she really knows how to hit home. Also you will never be alone because God is there and he loves you very very much more than anyone ever could. And I also recommend maybe reading the book Imagine Heaven because it’s really good. These recommendations don’t really pertain to what you’ve talked about other than that it might in some way make you feel better some how. Also to let you know that God loves you and wants a relationship with you, not rules and religion but a genuine friendship of love. God made you for a reason and a purpose. Also you will probably never feel satisfied with the world but with Christ, you will be content, peaceful, and loved. You’ll get through this! Also you don’t have to think every thought that falls into your head. You have the power to think good thoughts that you choose to think. Just because a bad thought falls into your head, doesn’t mean you actually feel that way and you can choose to cast it out. Joyce Meyer also preaches a lot on thoughts. Battlefield of the mind is a good book by her. God loves you?
