You are not a mistake. You are meant to be born. And your future is not doomed. It is in your hand. Don't let the negative feelings get to you. It is wrong for your step mother to blame her problems on you. You are not alone. We care for you here.

Hey, I'm sorry you're struggling. Your step mother is acting pretty irresponsibly and is projecting her own problems onto you. This is abusive behaviour. You are not responsible for the feelings and decisions of others. Are you able to get some help? Therapy?

No I'm not able to access therapy but simply being told I'm loved and having Positivity being sent my way for once makes me feel better.

What you feel is completely valid and we've all been there for different reasons. I hope you find the clarity you need to see this situation for what it is. We see the world not as it is but as we ARE. What your feeling is just that a feeling and feelings do NOT equate to a person's beliefs and VALUE as a person. Read that again. But instead of feeling nothing but negativity I feel oddly numb and unaffected by what happened. This is not normal. Is it?

Remember: you are not responsible for your step mothers actions!! Parents are responsible in a family. Sendung you hugs. There is always hope. Sometimes life is really dark, but the dont give up!

I understand you’re venting but be kind to yourself. Your inner dialogue is blaming yourself for everything. I hate myself I wish I wasn’t born I was a mistake I’m nothing I feel useless I have no purpose I just exist

Some how I feel it's my fault. For a lot of things. I was some how the cause. And I don't know how to fix things 😓

To fix it you have to practice self-love and compassion for yourself. Self-doubt and blame is an endless cycle of finger pointing back at you, which is not fair to you as a person. You start with baby steps. Change you inner dialogue by saying good things to yourself and about yourself. Don’t get clouded in the negative talk. Start treating yourself better and doing things for you.
