Multivitamin, berberine and biotin. Multivitamin for all-round health as my diet ain't great and I don't get a lot of sunshine, biotin for hair, skin and nails. Berberine levels out blood sugars if you take it consistently so it prevents me spiraling into the low lows, plus it has the longevity effects of Metformin without the side effects. I'm gonna start a probiotic as apparently there's a real link between gut health and anxiety.

Taking Curcumin since there were studies showing that it may help with depression. It seems to be helping a little! Might be placebo effect but I don't really care at this point

I take a multivitamin which I like for the l-carnatine and CQ10 as antioxidants. I’ve been a lot happier and energized since taking NALT tyrosine for improved dopamine flow. I have been told l-tyrosine may work better so I need to look into that. I also recently started taking alpha GPC to supplement choline, brain fuel. I also take Omega 3 fish oil. I’ve been pretty stable since then, emotionally and I have improved focus and motivation. Also, magnesium. On average we need to be getting 350 to 450mg of magnesium. Even with a very healthy diet this is difficult to get. Magnesium has soooo many benefits. Take magnesium glycinate. Your, brain, skeleton, blood and so many things benefit from magnesium.

Multivitamins trigger ocd for me. 5-Htp did not help. Good sleep and a diet consistently low in processed sugar over the long term have been helpful.

I've also found omega-3 helpful. Where can you find these? Pharmacy or? Magnesium makes me so sleepy :D Even if I take it in the evening, I'm quite tired still in the morning and find my mood quite low because I'm tired🤔

Magnesium can be found in a health food store. Magnesium forms that may help can be citrate, glycinate, and malate. Oxide is good mainly for constipation. A Licensed Naturopathic doctor can also help you a great deal. They can help guide you more comprehensively if you’re trying a natural approach. That includes your sleep and not feeling restful in the morning.

@Ditto~ I have citrate atm. But yeah I kind of want to try what helps for me. I feel like vitamin B has been huge help but my vitamin B bottle has a lot of B6 so I'm slightly afraid to take it every day.

@nat Why does b6 make you afraid?

@Ditto~ Well it says on the bottle that "Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness" one capsule has 50mg B6. But I did take this every day for a long time before I noticed that text and I don't think I noticed any tingling or numbness but I feel I now might have false memories of that happening :D

@nat That’s why having someone guide you who knows a lot more than you and can customize the strategy for you specifically can accelerate your knowledge and progress. The right dose and the right form of a vitamin can vary for each person. If you want to keep doing it on your own then ok. Everyone has their own path.

Hello, does anyone know how long it takes for sertraline to work? I've just started my treatment 1 hour ago (I know I'm very impatient) but I just wanted to know, and does sertraline 25mg work? I'm afraid it won't work.
