I know you were saying about money being an issue, so here’s a free link to a workbook. https://www.pdfdrive.com/the-ocd-workbook-your-guide-to-breaking-free-from-obsessive-compulsive-disorder-e157834125.html I genuinely hope that you decide to live to keep fighting.

I’m sorry that you’re feeling so defeated. It sounds like you’re in a lot of pain and can’t find a way out.

There is no way out. Going through this app and all the others I've tried seeking help and support from is a fantastic reminder I will never be able to get better.

@Sataniceratops It sounds suffocating to feel hopeless.

@pal Suffocating doesn't begin to describe it.. Pretty sure dying slowly would be less painful than living like this.

@Sataniceratops If only I had a magic wand to help it all go away.

Yes, your road is harder than many, but I hope you don't give up. It'll be difficult, but make use of online resources. See if you can find used books online that might help as well. Will things get better? I don't know, but I believe they can.

Used books? Cost money. Help? Costs money. Feeling better? Costs money. Online resources? Useless without money. Things might get better for you and others that are worthy of help, but they will never get better for people like me. Believing that I'll feel better is a foolish pipe dream that isn't worth wasting thoughts on.

@Sataniceratops This is one online resource you have. I can't use the therapy here either, but you can still pickup tips that can help. There are You Tube videos like Chrissie Hodges you can watch. Instagram accounts like Kimberly Quinlan and @obsessivelyeverafter you can follow. The OCD Stories podcast you can listen to. Having role models to follow can help you internalize concepts that will promote healing. You are worth it.

@Ben84 Yeah, and all I do here is see how well people with money are doing. And get blocked and shit deleted because I'm too stupid to keep my whore mouth shut. And those fancy YouTubers and instagrammers had MONEY to get started. Seeing them do better is not of any use to me. This app, and the rest of the planet, has only reaffirmed that I am worthless, useless and beyond help. I'm sorry I've wasted so much of everyone's time, including yours.

@Sataniceratops You haven't wasted my time, you're not worthless, useless, or beyond help. I'm still committed to helping you leverage what is available to you to your advantage. I'm happy to be here if you want help. I have no illusions that it will be easy for you. But extremely difficult is not hopeless.

@Sataniceratops I hope to see you on here Friday. I'll be here for you.

Look up Ali Greymond and Mark Freeman. Those are the people that will truly help you on your journey. Both of those people helped me in more ways than I’d ever find and it didn’t cost me a dime (and I’m a poor student paying for everything himself)

Ali Greymond charges $200 for a single session. $400 for 4. So pardon me, but how the fuck could that not "cost a dime"? Otherwise her shit is useless to me..

@Sataniceratops She has online YouTube videos. You don’t NEED the sessions. Mark Freeman and Ali Greymond have online YouTube videos that taught me everything I need to know.

@Suleman I've already been told repeatedly that attempting any kind of ERP therapy on my own is more dangerous than no therapy at all. Thanks, but it's been made clear that without guided therapy, I'm completely fucked.

@Sataniceratops I was told that too. The problem is, for people like us, we have a choice. Take a risk, and risk messing up but having a free life, or choosing to stay where we are. Well, where I was was hell. I couldn’t stay there. And I messed up. I relapsed a few times. But I’m in remission now. I’m a Stanford medical student now when I had a 2.8 freshman year undergrad GPA.

@Suleman So you can choose to not take that risk. Or you can choose to, maybe, just maybe, risk it to free yourself. 919-889-4126. That’s my number, I can help you get started. I’ll guide you to all the resources. Tell you what I did
