@Loser125 100%. Like I always think I picked the wrong thing or could have done things differently because of what I see other people do

@MimiK exactly! like if i go on pinterest or something and look up tattoo ideas i all of a sudden convince myself the tattoos i have aren’t good enough and i need to get prettier ones or cooler ones like all these other people have and why i didn’t think of them first, and how i’ll just be second best the rest of my life. it’s such a downward spiral.

Hey! What would it mean to you to miss out on a song or the books you see? Like what does taking a photo of all the stuff mean to you when you do it? 😊

the funny thing is when i take the pictures, i never go back and look at them for book suggestions or anything. i literally have hundreds of pictures of books on my phone. and it’s all because if i don’t do it i just feel like i’m going to miss out on this book and i’ll never find out what it is and what if i’m missing out on the best book i’ve ever read? and if i don’t take the pictures it just nags and nags at me until i go back and eventually take some.

with music, it’s not as severe as an obsession to me. however i do the same thing as with books where i convince myself that, even if i don’t really like the song at first, maybe i will, so i write it down or add it to my playlist and i always end up skipping it or not listening to it because i forget. but in that moment it seems like the most dire thing in the world yanno?
