Does anyone drinks alcohol to deal with the intrusive thoughts?

I wouldn't recommend that because then it can become a crutch that isn't healthy. Wouldn't want you to see alcohol as the only way out my friend.

I do at times. I find that it is only a temporary solution or band aid.
