hey sorry im back for one question. I need help stopping the horrihle distressing urge to confess everything to my mom. i need help with stopping confessions

thank you, i already had an episode earlier where i confessed 3 VERY embarassing things to my mother and now my brain keeps throwing old things ar me and its like...a sinking feeling in my gut until i confess yknow?? but ill keep that in minde

@annonymous Aa sorry im so late to this i was getting my hair cut, i was also panicking the entire time bc i was around my mom this disorder is the worst, most crippling thing ive ever been through and i wish i could have a break...the stuff i feel the need to confess is all innapropriate and shouldnt be something i need to talk with my mom about..it sucks
