Technically people can pick up your thoughts because your thought puts out colors of energy that vibrates at certain frequencies so though people may not know exactly what your thinking, they will respond to your thoughts due to energy signatures that can be read by our instincts. Its why we can spot danger from a mile away or know when someone has evil intentions. So if you want to change yo ur perceptions change your thoughts and watch your external environment change according to the new way you think. Its your reality you can make of it as you wish. If you perceive the world to be hostile and dangerous it will be.

I understand you saying that I mean I try not to let it show on outside but it’s hard to like keep it from going in my brain it just is so much to block in church it’s so hard

I read this powerful book “Letting Go” david Hawkins. It helped me surrender my denial, guilt, and shame and when those energies sre released we can think clearly. It happens imvoluntairly. The reading (learning) process and definitely being consciously aware (meditative practices) will allow new light, positive energy to flow through you thus healing your programmed brain structures as a bi-product. It only works if you put the effort into it

Your afraid of their judgements or the fear could be connected to the threat of you losing you ur job. You are not your work. Too many people over identify with their jobs and then start to fear losing it as if they cant ever imagine doing what they teuly love to do. Media is scaring people everyday about job loss and unemployment. You cant help but be affected. Recognize the difference in your feelings and let go the fear of getting laid off and then deal with how you feel about the annoying people at your job. Once you have more compassion for their stupidity then their opinions wouldnt matter anyway and you can go home feeling guilt free that you dont want to blow the building up. Lol
