I started reading a book called DARE there’s a workbook that you can do as well. Also they have an app. Really helped me to learn to be in the moment and how to defuse the intrusive thoughts.

I don’t think it would replace therapy. But it definitely helps to get it out of your and written down.

@Evelyn4416 Ah great!!! I'm also reading a book from my therapist called Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: A Self-Help Guide using Cognitive Behavioural Techniques by David Vale and Rob Wilson :)
