I totally understand how you are feeling. OCD is a devastating anxiety disorder and sometimes it is really difficult and exhausting to cope with it. I myself have been there (and still are some days). But these feelings that you have are temporary, they are momentaneus yet intense feelings, but they are never permanent. You may not see it at this exact moment, because you are overwhelmed, but you have a lot of options at the palm of your hand to make you feel better. You always have an option or something to do to feel better. And even if you didn’t do anything and just lay on your bed feeling horrible, this feelings would pass. Never forget you have the power over this feelings, you are in control, and you have plenty of options to feel better. And also, even if you feel bad somedays, do not assume “this is how I have to live forever” just tell yourself “I am having a bad moment, but this will pass and I will be able to enjoy things and life, as I did before, and as I will do in the immediate future. This feeling is only temporary”. Take care

Thank you for that! I truly needed to hear this. Sometimes it’s so easy to just get wrapped up in all the overwhelming thoughts but by associating that with just a bad moment helps tremendously!
