There are no mind readers. I hope you don’t think I’m belittling you when I say that, but people do not read minds. You didn’t give enough information about the situation for me to explain what else it is for sure, but they aren’t psychic. If the people you’re primarily thinking of know you, that could be it; the better you know someone, the easier they are to read. If you don’t know these people, maybe you’re just a natural open book, or you have a reputation for certain things people gear and pander towards when you talk with them. Whatever it is, nobody’s reading your mind. Think of that as you calm yourself by breathing; it’s that simple. My brother’s been dealing with depression from a boatload of mental illness for years, and breathing has been the first healthy coping skill he’s become confident in. Just slowly count to five as you inhale as much as you can, hold it for three, then slowly count to five as you exhale. Rinse and repeat until you feel better. I also use it to calm my mind during anxiety from my intrusive thoughts or stress from school; I hope you find it as helpful as I have ☺️

I can relate to what you wrote and remember having very similar feelings and thoughts in the recent past. For me it was paranoia, and it sounds as if you may be dealing with the same thing. I would encourage you to see a professional about this. The great thing is, in just a year or two I have recovered massively from it. A shift in prospective has made a big difference for me and the thoughts have almost completely gone away.
