I’m just so scared. I’m balling my eyes out right now as I jsut don’t know what to do with myself. I don’t think I can be happy again:( I’m not sure how to stop reminiscing on the past as I did things that were big signs of being a lesbian e.g. when i was younger i used to watch sexy music videos of girls and get turned on. But I’ve only ever loved boys. Why do we have to go through such horrible things 😢😢😢

@Bryan I really don’t want to do it anymore:( I’ve just turned 18 and will be going to uni next year. I’m scared my OCD will stop me from achieving everything I dream of

This all came on so suddenly. I had one thought “You look manly tofay” and then that was it. I kept convincing mysled that I was a lesbian and it has just carried on. I just need a break from this torment:(

@Bryan It’s the fact I have been turned on by women before though. I never had a big celebrity crush either growing up eventhough all my friends did. This really scares me

Hi guys😌 Basically Ive been struggling with HOCD for over a year. It’s been really hard as you can imagine but it seemed like it was getting a bit better recently but it’s just gotten bad again. I’m scared that I have a crush on my close friend and I keep looking back to things I’ve done in the past that could be evidence of me being a lesbian. I really don’t want to be lesbian or bisexual, although i support the community wholeheartedly. I just feel sick with anxiety all the time and I really don’t know what to do :(

@Bryan you had it for 20 years?!? I’m sorry you had to endure it. The fact you had it for 20 years also really scares me because I can’t bear the thought of mine lasting that long:( Do you have any advice? Does the fact that sometimes I get an aroused response from a woman mean something? This even happened before HOCD
