Itβs so scary and really disrupting my life. It seems like just a fear of death or dying but really itβs my ocd making me obsess. So confusing sometimes on what to target.

I understand how you feel. Meditation can really help, not get rid of.... but it's a good way to be allow your mind be in the present moment. If you can work on doing that.... you may find things a little easier π

@ButterflyStar Yes i have, i had hocd for 5 years but it was nothing compared to existantial that i developed 1.5 years ago. Ok ill send an email.

If there is anyway I could help you otherwise, perhaps if you like podcasts? I know of some great ones. If you're in the UK there are some brilliant support groups that meet online via zoom and Skype I can link
