Yes I feel the same thing! I tell you I think its this Pandemic caused it worse. Yes this is what I feel has been holding me back! Cannot get anything done and every day is the same. But I'm still with courage 💪 🙂 My faith is getting me through!

I keep trying to pray and it just feels like he’s not there anymore. Like I’m just talking into the abyss. I’m sorry I guess I shouldn’t assume what your faith is! I’m glad yours is strong though.

@Anon4 It’s usually the times when you can’t feel god and can’t feel anything is when he’s the closest

@Anon4 I will pray 🙏 for you because I know that feeling. For me im working on getting healing. Long story but its been a long journey and I know its going to get better 😌. Yes I believe in God he has shown me things. I'm in the season of life where I am "sifting through the ashes " finding truth to my true identity. As as I grew up i was told wrongful lies about who I am. But now I am aware that. And I will rise like a Phoenix. So you will too. Have courage.

Yes and the more I do this, the less I believe my ocd therapy will work.

Do you feel anxious or is it just uneasy?

@Anon4 Both, I feel uneasy all day. I wake up with intrusive thoughts then ruminate, then distract myself, then get full blown anxiety. It’s just the same thing day after day. The only time I feel “life isn’t so hard” is the few minutes right before I fall asleep.

@Anonymous1 I have a similar experience. It just feels like I’m going to snap cause I’m so restless. Not physically restless, but mentally. Like something is very wrong and it’s not going away, so I’m going to snap. I thought maybe I just need a change of scenery like being home all the time was getting to me, but I go out to the store and I still feel trapped. This is awful.

@Anon4 Have you tried crying? I know it sounds weird but you might have pent up emotions, like even pain from childhood just sitting there. You might be resentful or holding on to some pain. Pain comes out a lot as anger and stress. For me learning to cry really, really hard allowed me to release all of that.

@Anonymous1 I definitely feel better when I cry, but I’ve cried so much that sometimes I can’t cry and I just feel...like a wound up jack in the box. I’ve tried meditating, exercising, and nothing seems to really work.

@Anon4 I know how you feel. Crying is like a compulsion now. I just want to be healed. I wish the same for you.
