@OCD-PROOF There’s a *lot* of vegan cheeses and meats and premade meals (like microwave stuff) there’s even a vegan whopper at Burger King so it’s easy to eat junk now than before 😂 I’ve been vegan a long time so I’ve seen all the goodies get dropped in and more popular

@OCD-PROOF I’d suggest when starting out to think of your favorite meals right now and google veganized versions like “vegan Alfredo” or whatever. There’s veganized recipe versions of everything. Don’t stress yourself out when staring out and eventually it’ll be just normal I can’t imagine not being now

@Summerdreamin’ Oh cool didnt think of that... my favorite food but in a vegan version. I'll definitely research more into it. I'm trying keto diet as of right now.

Not good... Too much junk. Sugar usually makes my anxiety higher especially in the mornings. I really think it would help to stop eating it so much but I haven't yet 🙈

Yeah dude im a sugar addict Jesus christ, but i haven't had any high sweet drinks in a week which is still fresh. So far i know that vitamin b1 defiency and vitamin b deficiencies result and anxieties and panic attacks. Plus sugar causes inflammation in the brain.

Yo I have internal hemorrhoids too they fucking suck smh. I usually just eat pretty healthy can’t really do anything about them smh. The only thing I do is let hot water soak on them for a couple minutes to relieve the hemorrhoids a bit. Cuz if I don’t they hurt every time when I use the bathroom smh.

@OCD-PROOF I don’t know to be honest. I just ended up getting them. Since my really bad constipation back when I was 15 I would always notice every time I went to go use the bathroom I would always have blood in my stool. And it got pretty bad when I was 19 and got some type of bandage surgery but I still would bleed every time I used the bathroom so it is what it is. Been dealing with it for a lot of years.

@OCD-PROOF Steak, offal, anything really lol :) I actually find that eating fish (salmon in particular) really helps my mental clarity and it helps me deal with ocd symptoms better for some reason

@archie I had salmon all day today. I know thats good for the brain and omega fatty acids
