do you struggle with real event? mine is a mix of pocd and real event right now, so it’s an absolute b*tch! before i relapsed a few days ago, these really helped with overcoming my event

@tired ahhh, i’m so sorry you have to deal with that :( i did have some intrusive thoughts before about hurting a child. i did babysit a baby, and i had to change her diaper and i’m constantly worried i did something wrong. my real event is watching very bad videos. i didn’t realize how bad they were until last month. it happened last year, in the second half of 2020. i wish i could apologise to the children i saw, and make sure they are safe. it really kills me that i did such a thing. although now i’m trying to accept that it was a mistake. it’s very difficult! you’re not alone either!

@tired the one thing i’m worried about is what if i wake up one day, when i’m older and wiser, and i’m like ‘wait, thats exactly what a p would do. i’m a p.’ it’s scary! ahhh i hate this feeling so much.
