Hi, I hope you’re managing well :) just so you know, many people can relate to you and support you both on and off this app (including myself!). It must be difficult to sit with the thoughts and feelings right now, though they have to pass eventually. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, maybe you can find something that you value or that you like doing to bring you some comfort? Of course, try to make sure it’s not a compulsion :)

Lucas, OCD will make you think your capable of horrendous things. Let me tell your something, your not! If you sincerely where capable of your thoughts, you wouldn’t be so worked up! Belive me I struggled with OCD and it drive you insane. It makes you think you’ll hurt people, but you won’t! Please find someone who is trained in ERP to help you. It’s changed my life!!! Things will get better!!!

Thank you this makes me feel better :)) I actually am in ERP treatment for almost a year and it has been a great help. However guilt is on of those things that I can’t seem to manage well. In fact I’ve been doing something recently to minimize guilt, which is snapping my wristband because I feel the urge to punish myself, don’t think it’s a good way but it’s a desperate last resource. Just ended my therapy session for today and she gave me some things to work on. Still, guilt will always be with me

@.Lucas. Lucas I’ve done horrible things in my past also to try and it in. Instead of trying to throw the guilt away, learn from it. You don’t have to be proud of the past, just be proud of what your doing now. Maybe do some free community work, donate, or something that can cancel out the guilt. Just remember we are not perfect Lucas, we do horrible things sometimes, but what matters now is that you feel bad about it. Things will get better my man.

@ocddestroyer Thank you :) I’m trying my best. I’ve been thinking about supporting a specific non governmental organization for a while, so I’m definitely doing that
