You're describing a groinal response! Very normal in OCD. https://ocdlife.ca/what-is-groinal-response/ This next article is a little more theoretical but interesting. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.madeofmillions.com/articles/whats-going-ocd-arousal/amp

I can't access a therapist on this app where I am and I don't think my parents would let me see a phychiatrist since it's not really affecting my life. But thank you for taking time to answer this. I really appreciate it

You're welcome! The best advice I can give them since you can't see a therapist is keep in mind that worrying excessively about health is an OCD thing. At one point I worried myself so bad about my health that I caused the very symptoms I was worried I might have: depression, being tired, not enjoying things like I used to. So keeping in mind that all this worrying is an OCD thing and not worrying that you actually need to be doing might help. If that doesn't help, the real way to handle OCD is being comfortable with uncertainty. If you do have OCD you might have 3 different phsychologists tell you you're not a sex addict, and still doubt and worry about it anyway, because there's no objective way to prove that you are or aren't a sex addict. At which point you just have to learn to accept the uncertainty, feel the distress that causes, and resist the compulsions to constantly think about it and either prove or disprove that you're a sex addict.

@Anonymous Accept the unessyness, live your life anyway, and the unessyness will subside

I don't think I'm a sex addict, I just have worries that I might be hypersexual, ya I think that's a better way to describe it. But this doesn't bother me much anymore. Thank you again for answering. Ill try to keep living normally and not let these thoughts bother me :)

Set up a meeting with NOCD if you can, they can do a screen to see if you have OCD. Can't really say much about the vagina, as I don't have one. The fact that having pressure down there somehow makes you worried you might be a sex addict sounds like it could be OCD to me, but you'll have to get an evaluation for OCD specifically. If the pressure down there causes physical distress, see a doctor. But again, the mental part of this sounds like OCD to me. I got a psychological evaluation done that indicated anxiety, but no OCD. But my OCD has been severe and crippling for almost a year now. An OCD-specific evaluation indicated that I do, indeed, have OCD.
