hey so i know i answered already but i talked to my mom about your comment because sheβs rly good at helping me with my similar issues. she said that teenagers (which is assuming u are) have a lot of unwanted sexual thoughts because of our hormones and stuff. also we are in a global pandemic so a lot of people are struggling with many different things right now. my therapist told me that everyone thinks their own mind is unique but in reality, your thoughts and problems are also happening to so many other people. you can ALWAYS vent to me because i can listen. lmk if u have any questions ππ

@simplyexhausted ok hereβs something to try: take 3 deep breaths. write down eveyrthing youβre feeling in a notebook and just keep writing until thoughts run out of your brain.

@simplyexhausted i guess the more we run from what triggers us, the bigger a deal it becomes to our ocd and eventually everything will trigger us. we just have to expose ourselves a little bit more and more to get through it

i have had similar fears to this. i once spiralled over whether i identified as a doll (like the toys kids play with) hahaha. i guess now i realise it was just my ocd but in the moment it was super tense so i hope youβre alright.

@simplyexhausted i used not be able to eat because of my OCD also but i told my mom some stuff ( you donβt have to go into total detail) and it helped a lot. iβm in a very tough episode currently though so i understand how you feel although my OCD is slightly different. it feels like not many other teenagers relate though which makes me feel alone :/

@simplyexhausted i think you just gotta stop trying to make the thoughts stop! spend time doing things you enjoy and value and donβt try to disprove the thoughts. vent to me if you need someone to talk to aswell

If you are spiritual and doing yoga ,mediation ,theta healing ,anything from spiritual ,stop it immediately and if not than you gotta use antipshycotics a psychiatrist can prescribe you one
