I think its ocd love. The trigger would be wanting to be interesting. To me I feel like your friends are boring and you are the interesting one lol. You're just different. I used to do this in high school and idk people are just self absorbed so you can pretty much bet they don't really care about you so might as well just focus on your own growth and get new friends

But that's just my experience it's up to you to decide if they are actually good friends or not but bottom line love the intrusive thoughts/obsessions are about whether or not you're interesting

@charissepisces2021 My friends are amazing people and they don't know about this. They're still nice to me so I know they like me. I just keep on thinking these things during conversations with them and sometimes I think they don't actually like me or think I'm boring even of they haven't said anything.

Oh well if they haven't even said anything its just your mind telling stories. Just work on your anxiety :) if you want I can't send you some video links to help
