It’s such a painful theme because it goes like this: Suicide OCD>Feeling depressed and tired and unable to concentrate>Feeds the Suicide OCD theme>Convinces you that you are actually depressed and suicidal>You stop caring and feel more depressed>You freak out about not caring.... and over and over and over

I was going through the same thing with suicidal OCD. It makes you feel like you actually are suicidal. It gave me anxiety 24/7. It was horrible. Then came the obsession of depression and bipolar and fearing those becasue those would ultimately lead me to my fear.

I went through the same exact fear and my therapist told me the same thing!! Let me guess, you feel fatigue, lack of concentration, don't really want to do anything?

Yes my mind will do the same thing! "This is worthless" "I'll never get better" and those thoughts feed th OCD and freak me out.

@jackieboy exactly !! This is definitely the worse theme I ever had in terms of accepting it

I have the same ocd as well! @j289l I also now have the obsession that I’ll become depressed and I literally feel the symptoms of depression and feel so terrified even though my therapist told me I’m not depressed. Im not so consumed with my feelings and how I feel. It’s the worst!

Yes! And I literally feel so negative, like nothing good will ever happen again and it terrifies me and puts me in the worst mood! I’m not sure if you had those symptoms as well, I hate it!

I actually have depression too and a lot of anxiety with “what if’s” it’s very scary and makes you feel defeated but I’m not gonna stop fighting until I win !! I legit tell my ocd to F off ??

I get suicidal thoughts as well. But they're a product of my OCD not an OCD theme

It’s a never ending nightmare!! I try to stay positive and go about my day but it just sucks so bad waking day after day and still feeling like it

Stop fighting it. If a thought comes in every 3 seconds then every three seconds say "yeah I might do that" and keep doing it. Agree with them

Hilary that was my main theme for the LONGEST. I’m sorry that you have to go through it but please please accept and know that They are just thoughts and also accept the unknown! ♥️

Yes exactly! It makes me not want to go out at all because I’m afraid I’ll just ruminate about how crappy I feel even though I love going out. I’ve just keep telling myself to not run away from the thought and just accept the thoughts for what they are, thoughts.
