Yes! Today I was in Walmart and boom... was hit like a freaking mac truck hit me in the head. Mood changed immediately and it was like being sucked into myself and couldn't pay attention to anything in the world around me. Came home and have been in the bed the last 3 hours. I'm slowly getting over what ever fear struck me there in Walmart. I had touched something that was sticky and I don't know if that triggered it or if it was just straight panic attack.... what ever it is I hate it. I actually cried this time for like 15 minutes. But yes! Aren't those moments so sweet when we've gone x about of time between the episodes instead of seeming like the episodes are 24/7.

I wouldn’t wish any of this on my worst enemy. But I’m so proud of you for staying strong because I know it’s hard. There are many days where I can even get out of bed. There is not a lot of strength I have left in me. I remember when I was going to my ocd phase where I was scared of door knobs, people breathing around me, me contracting diseases and I don’t want to tell you much things just because I know how triggering it can be and I’m sorry if what I said did but I’ve been in your shoes and i think I’ve pretty much have gone through that full 9 yards of OCD themes and I’m tired but keeping my head up

Aww I’m sorry that happened to you! Yes I feel like I’m able to function normal without thinking about it but as soon as I think about how I’m actually functioning normal and not thinking about the thoughts I get hit with a wave of “well here ya go here are some thoughts” and it sucks 😩

@knoodleKnox I’m tired too. But just know that this will not last forever no matter how much it feels like it. I know that facing your fears is scary I’m right there with you. But just know any amount of effort even if it’s so small will help you battle and defeat this. I’m cheering for you and praying for you. Keep your head up. Brighter days are coming❤️☀️

@knoodleKnox I feel you knoodleknox. In December and January I couldn't get off my bed... did to just go to the bathroom and eat... I ve lost 90 lbs this go round so yes... I feel like I've had them all too lol and I always say I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Your comment is so relatable. I pray for you to continue to have strength and courage!

All the freaking time. My therapist has taught me to stand back and go “wow look how long I didn’t have them.” When they return and I notice them. Before I would fixate on the fact they came back without realizing that by observing that they went away on their own gave me agency in knowing that I can get back to the moment where I don’t have them for a while.

Exactly me yesterday, was perfectly fine and happy and then I watched this really nice movie (non scarey) and my ocd was triggered for no reason. Nothing bad was happening
