This is what I suspected.. Although I can try my hardest to not do what I'm used to in terms of rituals/complusions.. I'm not an expert an wouldn't want to maybe hinder myself by thinking I'm doing something to help my disorder and to dissolve the thoughts and therefore the rituals/complusions.. I'm sure you can understand with this disorder it's so normal to fixate on rights may they be wrong or right.. Xx

Not doing compulsions is a good start but it sounds like you have a lot going on and it may be best to have a therapist to help you conquer everything

Thank you for your response.. It's going to be a journey, finding a therapy either for free or at a cost but it's something I'm committed to because I want to live my life happy..
