Im struggling with the same! You’re not alone. I have the same thoughts and urges. It’s what the mind does. Once it knows that the thoughts aren’t „enough“ to scare you and make you doubt and hate yourself, it comes up with other things. It’s very convincing and I struggle a lot with what’s real and what’s not. It’s SO damn horrible

I don’t want to do bad things for real it’s just my mind telling me that I want to. I often doubt this as well and feel confused and bad.

Be careful in asking for reassurance. It ends up making your OCD stronger and we don't want that for you. Just don't trust anything that happens right now. It can be really tough. Try to take your mind off of it by doing something you like. Or try to mediate for a bit. Also, look into therapists that specialize in OCD. https://iocdf.org

I asked myself the same question so many times but no matter what „evidence“ I ask for/find, my OCD ALWAYS finds a way to destroy this „evidence“. So I quit asking me this question because I realised there is no answer which satisfies/convinces my OCD.

I still do have these thoughts/feelings/urges but less than before. It feels too real, I agree! :( That’s one of the many terrible things I deal with.

Hm you should really go and try to find a therapist, you sound really desperate. And after asking for reassurance you might be relieved but shortly after it’s getting worse. I know that sometimes the reassurances so badly needed and I ask for a lot of reassurance as well but it isn’t the solution. And I think it’s another way OCD tries to trick you.

I had a therapist tell me that OCD tends to focus on the things that are most against your world view, bringing up thoughts/feelings that are what you think is the worst possible thing. Just remember they are not a reflection of who you are as a person, quite the opposite. I agree you should definitely try and talk to a professional. Because you deserve to feel better.

If it’s just thoughts why am I feeling attracted to kids and having urges to do things to them n masterbate over them

Have u ever experienced feeling like u have a type when u see really cute good looking kids n what I find attractive in men it’s making it go towards kids n feel attraction that way I feel like destroying myself I want help but don’t no how to get it
