You will not gain anything unless you start eating more. Weight doesn't appear from nowhere

And if you feel like you look like you gained something - it's water, not new fat or something

So if you control yourself it's going to be alright

Thank you, this is comforting to know, I’m very strict with what I eat now so I’m going to do my best to keep track and also get better mentally!

@Daria Alexandrovna I just keep overthinking that I’m gonna gain weight out of no where taking whatever medicaiton I end up taking and I really don’t want thg

I think it’s a misconception that antidepressants just place weight on you without you doing anything. I’ve experienced a stimulated appetite on my SSRI, so I did gain 5 lb, but I was underweight from my depression, so it was an improvement. That being said, I only gained it from me eating normally again, not because I was just taking the medication itself.

Thats what I have heard to. It stimulates your appetite

@Kls2121 It’s nothing unmanageable. I only experienced an stimulation in the beginning, but it’s leveled out overtime.

I hope it’s just a misconception, I’m expecting to be hungry more on it but I do well now curving my appetite and resisting eating bad stuff and eating a lot. So I hope it doesn’t make things worse for me in the regard. I’m really nervous to start them
