Hey buddy! I promise you’re not going to be arrested. You accidentally stumbled upon a picture that may have been of an underaged person. Totally not your fault. No one is going to find out about it anyway. Also I compulsively google sometimes too so I totally get it. Also I see a lot of people giving you shit about being on porn cites. If your OCD focuses on porn a lot it’ll probably be better for you if you try to avoid porn. BUT at the same time, don’t feel guilty for looking at porn in the past or present. Most people do what porn at some point in their life so don’t beat yourself up about it or feel guilty or upset with yourself for doing so. Sending lots of love! ❤️❤️

I am sorry that people are shaming you for being on porn sites. Like come on people, it’s not helpful to make some one feel worse when you know they are already having a bad time. You’re fine though. You didn’t do anything wrong and no one is going to think you did anything wrong.

I don’t know if this is helpful or not but if you want to look at porn for non-ocd reasons, maybe try reading it instead? Like on literotica or something. It could be less triggering possibly. But either way, it was an accident, nothing will happen to you and you didn’t do anything wrong. But I hope you feel better! I’ve had pocd as well and Ik how tough it gets

Ok seriously, this google compulsion has to be reduced significantly. It's not getting anything better. And if you're on porn sites, please stay off them. Seriously

I’m trying. I’ve stayed off google all day. I’m just starting a new job and the stress is taking its toll on me

@Rhys34 Find someone else to do that will take up your time. Something more worthwhile. Porn is a complete waste. If you're looking for relief on there, you won't find it.

@BigGip09 You’re right it is a complete waste of time. Any tips on dealing with the anxiety of telling your brain no?

@Rhys34 This is something you'll have to practice. You'll get used to it eventually. If it's a porn addiction you're struggling with, trying to quit the first few times will be very difficult. You have to tell yourself not to engage with compulsions and let your feelings pass. Again, not easy at all. But you can do it if busy enough.

@BigGip09 It’s not an addiction. I can do weeks without it. But for some reason my ocd focuses on it. I wish to god it wouldn’t.

@Rhys34 Well that's fantastic man. I'm a month without that filth. But just like you, I can't help but think about it every single day and it's draining as hell. I'm sorry that it bothers you as well. I also get insane amounts of POCD due to underaged cartoon porn videos I've seen as a minor along with searching the term without knowing what it is, and having a false memory of searching for a video and watching it. This shit just doesn't get better, I feel. Apparently fictional depictions of it aren't illegal but it's still disgusting, just like all porn is pretty much. It just leaves me really disgusted. Never in my life would I try to hook up with a minor in any fashion but you know how OCD is.

yeah, please don’t go on any porn sites, it’s just not healthy for the brain in general. it will only make you feel worse.

This. Porn is fucking terrible that or should not even be legal tbh. It just hurts the brain long term. Don't google it anymore. You're safer without it.
