may i add that mine is chris evans!!! he's spoken up mutliple times about his anxiety, and how his mind is in a constant state of chattering, which i relate to a lot. there's multiple videos on YouTube about this, but my favourite is "getting inside chris evans' head" i listen to it sometimes when i am panicking and fall asleep to it on some tough nights because i relate A LOT to his struggle

I love Chris too! He’s so sweet and I imagine a genuine person in real love. I love how open he is about his struggles with anxiety, him and Elizabeth Olsen draw on each others arms at press conferences and things to keep each others anxiety at bay, it’s so sweet

Honestly, Kendall Jenner! I don’t think she has OCD per say, but she struggles with things like health anxiety, social anxiety, etc. I have really struggled with health anxiety in the past & even to this day. It’s comforting to see that mental illness doesn’t discriminate, and it can happen to even the most successful people in the pinnacle of life.

yes exactly!! and your mental illness will not stop you from becoming successful it may be a part of you but it doesn't define you!!

@Nour04 Thank you! At this point of my life, I’m looking at going into a career in clinical psychology, and I’ve had a lot of doubts, thinking that I’m not fit for the job, etc, etc. So that’s why I mention success!!

@Lou Lou there's nothing regarding mental illness that makes you any less fit for any given job!! it's already got the best part of you in your present, do not let it affect your future, because success is determined by YOU and not by your mental illness! you will get there i believe in you!!

Mine is Harry styles. He makes sure everyone is heard and that everyone knows they’re loved at least by one person. He is my comfort person. I keep pushing for him until one day I want to push for myself

I LOVE HARRY TOO!! but after all those tiktoks about the "if you stan harry styles you're bi" and well with my hocd it's become a bad connotation i found comfort in chris because i feel like i can fully relate to his struggle a "noisy brain" as he calls it

Howie Mandel, I feel I now understand his fear. As crazy as people make him out to be about his germaphobia, he won’t shake hands etc. I know what he is going through and it’s horrible. I’m constantly checking my fridge for mold, washing my hands over and over. It’s exhausting.

you may be tired, but you still haven't given up and that's why i'm so proud of you!!! no one is crazy because of their mental illness, because it doesn't define us!! stay strong <3

it feels so good when you see people openly talking about it, breaking the stigma. the feeling of being understood is unmatched, and seeing that mental illness did not choose you personally, and that everyone might struggle, is kind of a relief because you would feel less lonely in this battle
