Ah man I'm so sorry. As a cis (hopefully lol) wlw, when the thoughts started popping up I didn't want to repress myself in case they were true (since I did that with sexuality), but the thoughts are shit. I'm so sorry you have to go through this, your mind can play tricks on your memory to make you spiral. Allow the anxiety to be there, get a therapist and carry on healing. I have faith in you :)

Have u also gone through TOCD? If yes pls help me too🙌 it's really a hell.I have always been proud of being a girl(cis)and this makes me feel so worried

Are you seeing a therapist at all? I think you need support; this crap is SO hard!!!! I know you know but you aren’t going to be able to talk yourself in or out of anything. You have to let the anxiety ride out and refuse to respond/seek reassurance. But you NEED support friend. You need help and guidance.

i used to see one but i don’t anymore, and i know i need to be seeing one! my last therapist told me that there was no way i could have OCD, so i thought that might it be a good fit. i was supposed to be seeing a specialist last year, but never got the chance to. since i’m going to college this fall i’m going to try to take advantage of their mental health services.

@peachbud They said there is no way you could have OCD? How crazy! They must have not been very experienced. I had a guy tel me one time that only people with schizophrenia have intrusive thoughts 🙄 Ummm... no sir they actually HEAR voices. Some people lol

@peachbud Yeah if you can find a practice that specializes in ocd and anxiety disorders that would be best!

Hi I have TOCD too. It's a nightmare. Have u every gone to a therapist?
