@nayely🧘🏻♀️🪴✨⚡️ It’s been a lot better! My main theme right now is existential so the thoughts have creeping back up of like “I feel crazy when I get scared that nothings real” and I constantly feel like I’m going to end up in a psych ward because of how scared I get of my existential thoughts and I start to feel like I’m going crazy because of them. But it’s not as bad as it used to be. How has it been for you? Anything that’s working?

@Anonymous GIRL OMG I HAVE EXISTENTIAL TOO pshycosis and existential ocd are like 🤞🏻🤞🏻 omg and the existential made me feel as if i were an alien like i felt not human I didn’t feel like i fit in this world and i would question everything but now its been better just the pshycosis theme that is really hard rn

@nayely🧘🏻♀️🪴✨⚡️ OH NO THAT HAPPENS TO ME TOO! I’m like am I even real? How am I even forming this thought right now? How am I conscious? And then I feel like I am genuinely going insane because I overthink it to the point where it terrifies me. Those 2 themes feed off each other bad it seems. Are you doing ERP?

@nayely🧘🏻♀️🪴✨⚡️ Yes, plenty of YouTube videos on this topic. They refer to the theme as schiz-ocd or mental health ocd. It’s similar to health ocd or hypochondria but instead focuses on the fear of your mental state. Fear of going crazy can make your feel crazy, but doesn’t mean you are crazy.
