Eat something strong like a candy or put on lotion. Wrap yourself like a burrito 🌯 wiggle your toes and see how long you can do that for

I watched a technique where you can do the following to ground yourself: *Pick out 3 sounds around you that you hear *Pick out 3 things around you that you see *Move/wiggle 3 parts of your body

When I am panicking I always write in my journal, go for a walk for 30 minutes, and listen to the OCD stories podcast on Spotify
