Too much for me to afford... they have payments plans too if you need them.

I would advise at least giving them a call and letting them check with your insurance. They'll tell you all of this upfront if you call... ▪It will vary depending on what insurance provider/plan you have. (Mine ending up being just $15 copay per session.) ▪Before you see a therapist though, NOCD will contact your insurance, verify your benefits and let you know what you would be charged at least 24 hours before your first appointment. That way you can decide if you want to go forward with sessions or not. ▪Cash pay, without insurance, is $150 for the 60 min sessions and $90 for the 30 min sessions. They have a payment plan available.
