I think for me it has to be the one phrase I think of and try to use in trouble when battling OCD. “Believe”. Not in a spiritual way, but in a way of thinking that I believe in myself and can do it!
not giving in to any of my compulsions, sitting in the uncertainty, and doing things that made me uncomfortable so i would be comfortable (erp) :)
Self care, patience and determination :) Having good people around me❤️
I agree, having support from friends, or family or even a therapist really helps!
I think hearing others peoples experiences, makes me feel less alone ~
Accepting my thoughts and doing research based on what others have been through and knowing that it’s temporary and with help can be fixed :)
