Its terrifying, but accept the doubt. Your fearful reaction to spooky thoughts is a normal reaction too, try to practice your response prevention here. I have found great success overcoming severe harm OCD with ERP. It still happens to me sometimes but it no longer has a hold on my life. You will get there too 💓
I'm alright now. I was having an episode once again everyone
