Main thing for me has been getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, and letting go of expectations of how things "should" feel. For people with ocd, most things we value hardly ever feel the way we want them to or think they should feel

A big thing for has been to acknowledge the anxiety and the thoughts, and learn to accept them. Not try and fight them, but to see them as what they are, just thoughts.
