Maybe a few times. I feel down a lot, which is to be expected with our condition, and I appreciate being able to talk to people when I am. But if I get too depressed, I really have a hard time going out. I’m very happy you got to out with your friend?

How do you cope? It's been maybe ten years since the last time this happened. Just like the last time it doesn't feel like there's an obvious reason. I'm really trying to kick my bad habits but I wonder if I maybe haven't figured out what to replace them with you know?

Try to find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take some slow deep breaths. Then try to relax every muscle in your body from head to toe.

Having the same goals and struggles every day is probably a good sign. I went through a phase where I was too OCD to write in my journal because it would ruin the "newness" of the book, how ironic isn't that?

No, sorry, but I do get what you’re saying. My OCD shut me down from writing for a different reason. I have a lot of intrusive thoughts about just about everything I do and I suspect part of it is magical thinking. I always feel like I have to write things a certain way, so it makes it really difficult. It makes it hard for me to text people too.
