Folks, I wanna share something positive. Just now I had this very disturbing and excruciatingly unpleasant thought, it caused me great anxiety and I was about to start ruminating and checking my responses, when I told myself to stop. I told myself to stop and breath. Just sit there, breath, and let the tide of anxiety wash over me. Then I stood up and got on with my day. It might not seem like much, but it's a huge thing for me.
