I think OCD is involved in your thinking and by that I mean it's OCD telling you that you're faking. You aren't but you're fighting against your brain to convince yourself you're not. Try to let the thought go and say ok maybe I am faking it. Inside you know you're not and you're fighting a powerful adversary who knows right where to hit.
