i did EDMR a couple times and it didn’t really help, that’s my experience but it may be different for you, anyways the best therapy is ERP!
I did it for a year and while it helped me understand why I think l like this, it didn't help my OCD at all. It probably made it worse as I was constantly dwelling on it.
