Write down small goals for each day and try getting them done. Self care is very important! There are some great guided meditations on Spotify as well! This is just a bump in the road, you'll get better! <3

You need to make yourself get up and get out of bed and act like you don’t have OCD. We need to teach the OCD that it is irrelevant. If we sit around ruminating we are making it worse.

I personally wake up every morning, do an exposure, then I go for a walk and listen to the OCD stories podcast. After that I eat lunch and I work. I do not allow time for rumination.

It sounds like the signs of depression. Do you have anyone you could talk with about It?
