it honestly could be anxiety. anxiety can make you have some strange symptoms. my advice would be to tell someone close to you like a parent, friend, other family members, or anyone close to you and see what they say about it. maybe it’s worth seeing a doctor so you can get it resolved so you can have a fun summer. wishing you the best:)
