Does anyone know any other way to get help from a Therapist. I am struggling with OCD but I am currently in Canada so I can’t get a therapist on NOCD. Does anyone know of another way that’s not to pricey for me to get some guidance. That would be great!Thank you!

I need a therapist who specializes in Pocd I’m struggling please tell me how much can you discount me because NOCD doesn’t take my insurance

Is there a therapist or a specialist on here that I can briefly chat with? Or maybe an OCD conqueror who’s very familiar with the disorder? I need an experienced person to talk to me so bad. I just really wanna talk to somebody about what I’m going through so that I feel less alone, and so I can maybe get help managing my symptoms. Thank you in advance ♥️

I really do want to go to therapy or psychiatrist to diagnosed my OCD and give me a treatment but it costs a lot. OCD ruins my life and consumes my mind I wish I can take a break from my own brain. Having OCD but undiagnosed feels like I’m crazy because people think I made that up but they don’t know how I’m struggling since I was a kid. So anyone have an advice for treat OCD especially checking OCD that doesn’t cost money? because I don’t work yet..🥲
