That's rough not knowing what will happen. Try to focus on what you can control, and once you have done that then try to leave the rest alone for now. Anxiety is not a great truth-teller. It could work out really smoothly just as easily as it could go poorly. Try and live in that halfway zone. Give yourself permission to rest as best as you can in this moment.
