Hi! I understand you.. I struggle the same things since I was a child. You should see a doctor or therapist that would help you with these. It would help you sooo much. In case you don’t want or struggle with that, research that on internet and see videos on youtube about people that struggle with the same things as you.i it is normal having intrusive thoughts, it’s part of ocd.. just think that those are not true, and try affirming yourself and the love you have for them
