I know it’s hard. Try to let the thoughs just drift off as if they were normal thoughts. The only reason ocd does this is to make you cling onto every thought until they bother you. Once you relax and see them as just thoughts, you’ll start to feel much better! Don’t give up!

@lvm909 Ocd does that too. Don’t let it overpower you! It’s a bully that will go away once you learn it doesn’t have any real power. You’re the powerful one, you can beat this! :)
