Does anyone else on here compulsively doomscroll? I usually stay off of news websites because they are the one thing on earth that can absolutely annihilate my impulse control...but today I finally gave in and did nothing but doomscroll for several hours. I feel a little anxious even now, and very disappointed with myself.
