My first appointment with a therapist who specializes in OCD isn’t until mid September but I’ve been doing what I can by myself. I like Mindfulness Workbook for OCD by Jon Hershfield. I join virtual support groups and I listened to Dr McGrath’s Wednesday webinar for the first time this past week and I enjoyed it. I pull what I can from many resources.
But yes hang in there.
