I’m not sure who you are worried about over explaining yourself to, but if you’re talking about your therapist.. then I would just say don’t try to explain it in great detail, because I’m 95% sure they’ve come across what you are dealing with more then once. But I can understand right now you feel like you’re the only person going through (I felt the same way in the beginning).
Genuinely why is it okay to not tell everything about your past to others? Even if it’s past mistakes to family and so?
My biggest is ruminating, i talk and talk and over share with myself and others Like what are some exposures?
How to stop overthinking??
