My anxiety gets so high when I’m on pms especially my intrusive thoughts! I just try to accept the sensations and remember that that’s all they are and focus on deep breathing. Try a cold shower. Try natural remedies like Ashwaghanda and Maca root which lower cortisol levels. Main thing is that you try to accept yourself and really look after yourself during this time of difficulty. Look after yourself like you’re taking care of your 6 year old self ❤️
