I don’t think what im about to say is OCD related but I’ve been identifying my worth by how much people love me like my self worth is attached to how much people love me is this right or wrong i feel like a person has to have people who love them if there’s no one it probably means there’s something wrong with them is it wrong to think that way idk. The last few months have been hard i just started to get very socially awkward and im too depressed to even have the energy to talk to my family, friends etc... Ps, im so sorry if my english isn’t right it’s not my first language🙏🏻.

I think the same way and have been working on changing that line of thinking. One should not live life trying to please others. It's so miserable and nothing you do will ever please everyone.

You need to start loving yourself and build self esteem. Then you'll care less about what others think of you. :) You're worthy, whether 2 or 200 people like you. <3

We live in a very superficial world that places a lot of importance on how much you're liked/how popular are. For what it's worth, there's nothing wrong with going through a lonely stretch - I've been there. Friends come and go, and sometimes you get stuck alone for a little while, but sooner or later, life will change for the better - the hard, but ultimately rewarding, part is having patience.
