Idk whether to ask my ex gf (dumped me last week)to not tell anyone about the ocd because apart of me thinks I'm doing it to just talk to her again

I speak from experience with rocd, it is not the best idea to text your ex so soon after a breakup. Your feelings are hurt and you are feeling vulnerable. Asking her not to tell anyone is giving you reassurance, and I think its just a bad idea to message an ex so soon altogether. Stay strong ❤
